Andrew S. Bluestone

Andrew S. Bluestone
Andrew S. Bluestone has many attributes and assets as a high level CEO in Financial Services. As a Certified Financial Planner, he has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance and investment industries. He is president and CEO of Selective Benefits Group (SBG) and was recently general agent for Mass Mutual Insurance Company. Andy managed an office staff of 25 in addition to a sales field force of 80 in and around the New York metro area. In that position, SBG managed and serviced over 15,000 policyholders and had annual sales in excess of $30 million or more for a number of years.

Andrew has started a long term care insurance company, a strategic alliance training company and has published numerous articles in trade publications. His licenses include life, health and FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 63. He is a member of: The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA); currently sitting on the board of the New York Chapter of Financial Studies: founding member of the General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA) Partners in Growth; the Society of Financial Services Professionals; Financial Planning Association and the Association of Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) and Past President of Northern NJ GAMA. He is Director, NJ Dept. of Insurance School, (certified for pre-licensing and continuing education credits. His awards of recognition include the National Management Quality Award, and have received numerous sales awards from various insurance companies. He is lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

Bluestone is a responsible member of the Morris County community: founding member of the Board of Directors of Project Acorn of Morris County in New Jersey. Project Acorn offers pre-school scholarships for needy youngsters. He is a member and past Chapter Chairman of New Jersey Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Bluestone was awarded the international recognition of YPO Legacy for leadership. He is also a Board of Advisor with Sageview Consulting.

Andy graduated from the College of Financial Planning in 1990. He earned his B.AS from Hofstra University in Finance and Econmics in 1980. He resides in Mendham, NJ with his wife Alison and their children, Erica, Zachary and Dylan.

Frederick P. Hammer II
At the Chase Manhattan Bank from (1988 - 1999), Mr. Hammer became the Team Leader for Construction Loan Administration in New Jersey and was then Vice President in the Loan Workout Division for the Northeast Portfolio. From 2005 - 2001, Mr. Hammer joined the Real Estate division of the Chase Investment Bank. He was responsible for a newly created team designed to provide acquisition financing collateralized by underlying bank construction loans to Real Estate Opportunity Funds created by firms such as Goldman Sachs, Colony Capital, Starwood, etc. From 1998 through 2001, he was the manager in the Portfolio Management Department, responsible for all balance sheet and derivative products for the majority of the Investment Institutions in the portfolio. Since leaving Chase, Mr. Hammer was the Founding Partner of Advanse Finance Corp., a successful consumer lending company, and the Senior Partner of Tri-Arc Financial Services, a diversified P&C insurance brokerage.

Mr. Hammer received a B.A. from Colgate University in 1987 and a M.S. in Real Estate Investment from NYU in 1992.

Frederick resides in Radnor, PA with his wife, Sarah Kim (a Principal with Halyard Capital in NYC) and their son, Frederick Phillip Hammer III (aged 10).
